Policies and Particulars
Minimum Stay:Two-night minimumstay required except holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve), when a three-night minimum stay including Friday and Saturday nights is required.
Deposit: Reservations are confirmed with receipt of a 50% deposit. We accept major credit cards or a personal check.
Cancellation/Change: A full refund of room deposit will be given less a $25-per-cottage handling fee for reservations cancelled with a 30-day notice. With less notice, refund is subject to rebooking. Since we are a small, island hideaway, cancellations affect us greatly; therefore, the required minimum notice is strictly adhered to. This also applies to reservations moved to another time period. If this is a concern, you might want to consider travel insurance.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in is between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. Please let us know should you find you will arrive later. Checkout is by 11:00 a.m.
Pets: Canine pets are welcome. The nightly rate for one pet is $25, for two pets $40. Owners must abide by our pet policies and are responsible for any damage. Please see details under "About Cayou Cove, Pets" or contact us.
Airport/Ferry Transportation: Ferry and airport pickup and return is available . Please contact us well in advance to arrange time and place.
Smoking: The Place At Cayou Cove is a Non-Smoking Facility including the grounds.
